For your first pickup, please place your laundry in standard garbage bags so it’s secure and easy to collect. After we return your clean laundry in our branded reusable bags, use those bags for every pickup going forward.
How much laundry does your branded bag hold?
Our premium branded laundry bags comfortably hold about 15 pounds of clothing, linens, or mixed laundry - roughly the size of one large load in a standard washer.
Is dry-cleaning included in my flat-rate laundry bag?
Dry-cleaning is billed separately on an à-la-carte basis because each garment requires special care and pricing. This lets us handle delicate fabrics with the attention they deserve while keeping pricing clear and transparent.
Can I stop a subscription at any time?
Yes - you’re always in control. You can pause or cancel your subscription at any time without penalties or hidden fees. We designed our service to be flexible and easy to manage.
Do I need a subscription to use your laundry service?
You’re welcome to try our service as a one-time order. After your first experience, we encourage customers to subscribe to lock in their preferred pickup schedule and enjoy the best pricing.
Do I need to be home for pickup or delivery?
No need to be home! As long as you’ve left your branded bag in the designated spot, we can collect and deliver without you being there. We’ll send notifications so you always know when we’re on our way.
